The ideal candidate will be Responsible for Determining traditional trade sales function strategy and targets based on the sales plan within the kingdom.
Responsibilities:
Provides leadership, expertise and professional advice to the country trade sales manager on channel sales matters to ensure business objectives are supported with the right sales strategy.
Develops and gains agreement to sales strategies, plans and budgets to support the implementation and realization of agreed corporate sales objectives.
Builds, leads and develops a highly motivated, achievement oriented sales team and supporting networks capable of meeting, or exceeding, demanding targets and profit margin objectives.
Develops and makes recommendations for sales team incentive plans to encourage and reward increased sales efforts and revenues.
Provides input and participates in the development of pricing, discount and marketing strategies in conjunction with Marketing, to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
Provides high level traditional trade sales support to team supervisors and sales staff in order to create win-win business situations. Maintains own selected accounts requiring executive-level consideration.
Monitors operation of sales collection activity and ensures adherence to Company credit policy in order to meet collection targets and minimizing bad debts.
Oversees all aspects of customer relationship activities including development of customer database and contacts in order to ensure strong client relationships convert into retained customers and growth in market share.
Manages the process of monitoring sales trends and competitor activity in order to determine effectiveness of sales plans and strategies. Makes necessary adjustments to maintain competitive advantage.
Execute activities related to his/her function in safe and environmentally friendly methods.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree minimum in business administration, marketing, or any other related field.
A minimum of 10 years stretching experience in a recognized FMCG company, 3 years of it in managerial level.
Strong customer focus.
Achievement orientated
Market knowledge.
Strong experience in cash van operation, wholesales, and mini market sales operations
