Roles and Responsibility
Lead the team through the change to ensure project objectives are met at the earliest with no disruption
Apply a structured methodology and lead Change management activities for infrastructure, system, and application projects
Apply Change management process and tools to create a strategy to support the adoption of the changes required by a projects
Support the design, development, delivery, and management of Change communications, Complete change management assessments, and engage with Projects, Tower Leads, and Change Managers
Track and report issues
Manage the change facilitator portfolio and Stakeholder Reporting
Ensure all changes are consistent with business and technical
Understand the change and prioritize the Changes based on the Impact and Urgency.
Involved in implementing a change request and presenting a consolidated plan reflecting each group’s tasks
