The Recruitment & Training Officer should have Strong stakeholder management skills, Strong communication/presentation skills, Strong executive presence, able to Implement talent acquisition strategy, Facilitate the creation of talent pipeline, able to attract the right candidates using EVP, able to source, screen, and vet candidates on SAP & Co-ordinate selection process

المهارات
· Degree level education in Human Resources or related discipline and likely with additional qualifications such as CIPD, preferably including policy design and implementation.

· Minimum 5 years of experience as Recruitment & Training Officer

· Ability to create practical and engaging tools and presentations.

· Strong communication skills - oral and written.

· Ability to collaborate with and influence others.

· Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

· Experience using Excel, SPSS or other programs to analyse data

· Language Proficiency

· English (fluent)

· Arabic (fluent)
