Managing the activities performed within the project in a manner that satisfies the clients’ technical requirements
Supervising the team to work within set time frame and allocated resources to ensure meeting the deadlines
Supervising and following up the activities of the implementation team on a daily basis and providing and supporting them with all needed logistics for the timely execution of the project
Planning and resource allocated for the project to utilize the resources properly and effectively manage the project management process for optimization
Managing customer relations through direct interaction through customer visit and clarifying and resolving all issues through discussions in order to manage and meet their expectation
Reporting and appraising the management of any critical issues and troubleshooting.
Preparing projects progress reports and suggesting corrective and preventive actions as necessary
Coordinating with other department managers to optimize resources and benefit from any synergies
Supervising the project documentation process as per the internal procedures to ensure proper project control and follow-up
Coordinating with Finance and Accounts to control expenses, budgets, timely invoicing as well as any other financial issues as per work requirements
Interacting and following up with the customers for the timely settlement of the invoice.
