7. Principal Responsibilities: The successful candidate will liaise on visiting private villas and palaces, consultants, contractors, government institutions or municipalities and ensure that our quotations and submittals are submitted, selected and procured in selling our product lines. Capable and responsible to: Building a very good relationship with a network of consultants and building contractors, visiting consultants and building contractors to ensure that the product lines are specified and offered, ability to follow projects from initiating phase, design and specification phases and follow quotations for final approval (project closing). Qualifications requirements: Electrical Engineer or any Engineering background that has very strong skills in technical sales and marketing, talkative and presentable, good communications, listening and presentation skills, commitment and drive are essential, Arabic language is required (English is an advantage), sales experience is a must with a minimum 3 years in low voltage security and control systems (project industries) or at least 5 years experienced in electrical building materials and home automation product lines. In addition, the successful candidate should visit consultants, contractors, government institutions and municipalities to provide up to date catalogues and technical documentations to market our product lines. He should also arrange technical presentation schedule with known consultants and contractors in a routine manner to promote our product lines. Knowledge and experiences in the following field is an advantage: Low Voltage Equipment for Security Systems like Intrusion, Access Control, CCTV, Fire Alarm Public Address (Sound System), etc. Able to speak about, Security System, Lighting Control System, KNX and Control4 (home automation system) or any home automation system is an advantage.

8. Education Requirements: Check the minimum level of formal education that is required to perform this job satisfactorily.  Knowledge in English Communication is an advantage  Strong Arabic Communication Skills.  2 years Associate’s Degree, Trade or Technical School.  Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.  Strong Background in MS Office Word, Excel and Visio.  Knowledge in AUTOCAD is an advantage.
