This individual performs a vital role, acting as a liaison between the School and Ministry / Government authorities. You are responsible for processing and carrying out all transactions relating to visas, permits, licenses, registration, pertaining to staff, School vehicles and the School itself. It is also expected for you to support the Head with administrative and HR duties as required.
Preparing, processing, and submitting documents related to employment visas, family visas, trade licenses and other legal documents to Ministry and government departments.
Liaising with Ministries and Government agencies and organisations and keeping track of changes in Saudi company and labour laws and regulations.
Ensuring all visa, medical, labour permits and licenses are up to date and arranging for timely renewal.
Collecting due diligence for job applications, in accordance with Saudi government regulations.
Accompanying employees to relevant ministry departments, traffic department, or medical testing facilities.
Assisting the School to secure accommodation and transport for expatriate and registering staff with immigration authorities and the local municipality.
Assisting the School will all general inquiries concerning licenses, labour, and immigration matters.

Qualification
· A Diploma or Degree in a related discipline
Experience & Skills
Experience working as a GRO or a related role
Experience working as a GRO within a school
Knowledge and experience dealing with local ministry and government departments
Ability to leverage wasta, or influence, in ministry and government departments to legally expedite processes
Operational understanding of KSA labour, employment, corporate and immigration laws
Ability to use a range of computerised government system applications and e-services
Fluent in written and spoken Arabic and good written and spoken English
Obtains a valid driver’s license
Good ICT skills with knowledge on all Microsoft programmes
Well-developed interpersonal communication skills in Arabic and English including the ability to perform effectively in a team environment with a strong client focus.
