Objectives:

Our client is a leading agricultural company that belongs to one of the well-known groups in the Kingdom. The company has a wide range of products including but not limited to: Fertilizers, Seeds, Pesticides, Veterinary products, etc.

The objective is to establish and develop the operational plans to raise production and sales efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

Design and implement operational business strategies, plans and procedures
Leading operational goals in a positive direction
Leading the company’s operational capabilities to exceed customer satisfaction and retention
Developing operational policies that enhance the company’s culture and vision
Work and coordinate with other related departments to prepare and compile the operating budget and follow up the implementation of its items after approval
Operational costs control and implement tactical initiatives to reduce & losses
Prepare accurate operational financial performance reports on a regular basis
Overseeing production, sales and marketing initiatives and applying best business practices
Delegating and empowering employees to support them achieving the best results
Implement suitable training programs to enhance employees’ performance
Supervising the daily operations activities of the company as well as the workflow for the related managers
Study local and international markets and products, and prepare related plans
Evaluates performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
Preparing the needed and important reports to the CEO
Participation in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances, etc.)
Managing, improving and developing relationships with suppliers / partners / clients on regular basis
Collaborate with the CEO in preparing and leading the organizational and strategic operational vision
Translate strategy into actionable operational goals for performance and growth, which helps to implement company-wide goals, performance management and annual operational planning
Overseeing the company’s operational processes and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture that ensures team members thrive and organizational results are achieved
Direct supervision of the expansion plans of the agricultural company and its subsidiaries.

المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. a master’s degree in project management is preferred
More than 15 years of experience managing the operations and strategies of large companies.
The last 7 years in a leadership position.
A proven track record of outstanding performance at a former large company.
Proven track record to successfully manage complex budgets.
Leadership skills in dealing with employees at all levels.
The ability to make business projections for three years into the future.
