The Candidate must have vast knowledge in Procurement and has experience in Government Sectors.
Also, implementing procurement activities at the level of the authority, standardizing the methodology used in the implementation of these activities, and controlling costs through achieving economies of scale.
In addition to supporting the line manager in developing and implementing the procurement strategy for the Authority
المهارات
Male, Saudi National
A Master’s degree is preferred
PMP Certification is highly preferred
A CIPS Certification is preferred
A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in analysis, implementation, and evaluation of Procurement and its specifications
Good oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic
