Job Description: Performs a variety of assignments such as conducting architectural studies, developing design concepts and design criteria, and preparing related reports. Coordinate’s work with engineering and construction units at project site. Reviews, approves, and issues detailed design and construction drawings and specifications prepared by others. Provides technical consultations for interdisciplinary analytical studies and analyses. Prepares material and equipment specifications and purchase requisitions; reviews supplier data; witnesses shop tests, assists with assessing supplier manufacturing capabilities. Selects materials and writes construction specifications. Review’s supplier drawings and samples, and performs technical bid analyses. Job Requirements: Masterplan developments with great public realm experience Experience working with landscape – soft scape and hard scape Clear understanding of design process from inception to construction Experience in drawings review and providing technical comments and feedback Experience with interdisciplinary coordination Understanding of Saudi codes and regulations Understanding of sustainability certifications and requirements Experience working in a challenging time schedule with mutable targets Our most important resource is your innovative mind If you can see fresh approaches to our procedures or products… if you can envision bigger goals to move us ahead… you’ll have our attention! Professional registration is required at this level. Skills/Competencies: Requires proficiency in the application of architectural design standards, practices, techniques, and concepts.
