Strong analytical skills to understand business processes
Strong research capabilities to contrast and compare leading practices in Financial services
Good communication (oral & written) in English & Arabic
Good narrative capabilities to define problem statements
Ability to understand the big picture while focusing on specific aspects
Time bound delivery
Tools

Excel, Word, Visio, Powerpoint

Responsibilities

Define project delivery milestones
Clear articulation of client problem statement (s)
Review and analyse challenges in the client environment
Prepare minutes of meeting
Prepare project deliverables
Contribute to Practice development
Continuously upgrade skills through relevant certifications
