A well reputed multinational Good Wealth PMC firm looking for Senior Planning Engineer.
Local or only Transferable Iqama candidates are required immediate joiner required mega Project in Riyadh
Essential requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree Civil, or relevant & Arbitration certification is plus.
• Must have a minimum of 12+ years’ experience with strong international experience in Buildings Projects.
• Experience indicated above should be in a similar capacity in a reputable PMC construction Company, preferably with some of that experience being gained in KSA/UAE/GCC.
• Possesses knowledge of construction accounting principles with an extensive understanding of the manner in which the company establishes and documents the financial position
• Leadership skills
• Knowledgeable of scope control and change management
• EPC & FIDIC knowledge
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft office suite of programs.
• English oral & written communication skills are required.
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of the drawings and specifications, general contract and subcontract documents, materials, means and methods.
• Confident, strong communication, Must be able to do presentation to client
• Conducts or assists in performance measurement and associated cost trending.
