الوصف الوظيفي
Maintain Smooth check in and check out for all guests

Ensure safety and security procedures are being followed within properties

Supervise service providers tasks and ensure it is accomplished according to SOPs

Ensure all In-House Guests are fully satisfied

Follow up and maintain property operational stock requirements, Guests Amenities, cleaning solutions, tools equipment

Maintain good appearance and hygiene of all workers on site

Ensure all facilities are always maintained and in good shape and all maintenance/property damages are reported and resolved according to SOPs

Ensure to onboard the new units to portfolio according to SOPs

Ensure property statues are always updated (PMS vs Actual)

maintain and follow up the property assets inventory (Periodic and non-periodic)

Ensure all other Property management tasks are done (Planned& and un-planned)

Conduct a detailed (Random and planned) inspection for the properties and the units

المهارات
Bachelor’s degree – Hospitality/ business or relevant areas

Hotel Work experience/property management in housekeeping or relevant field

Well-presented candidate

Customer service skills

Property management skills

Excellent Leadership skills

Good communication Skills (Arabic & English; other languages are a plus)

Organization Skills

Integrity

English language fluency
