* Prepare business development documents, presentations, and briefing books. Prepare, evaluate and present robust financial modeling and analyses to value projects and terms; develop, participate and deliver high level impactful presentations and conclusions to senior management and key stakeholders. Participate in deal construction and negotiations

* Hold discussions with stakeholders about strategic direction and analyze financial reports, customer profitability, and other company data. Must be well equipped to spot trends and opportunities in the industry.

* Oversee the entire budgeting process for their department. They maintain awareness of all financial transactions, ensuring that projects are in line with their allotted budgets and establishing rates with carriers and service providers.

* Work closely with HR and top management to recruit employees / channel sales within the department such as outsourced truck drivers / companies, dispatchers, and customer service representatives.

* Participating in tender bids and lead price negotiation with customers, prepare proposals and quotations.

المهارات
* 10+ years of account management, operations management , or customer success experience in the transportation ( Heavy trucks i.e. long hauls ) / logistics industry. Managing and building teams, generating leads and demonstrated success in growing client revenue and customer satisfaction and knowledge in route prices . You will create a culture of customer excellence by building and training a team to best-in-class account management practices to accomplish the sales growth strategy.

* Strong track record of executional and operational success .

* Experience in Channel sales or partnerships and managing account managers

* Outstanding verbal and written communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.

* Strong operational leader or detailed account management experience

*Support training and onboarding Operations Associates.

* Driving revenue and growth for the company ( pipeline building / management and sales forecasting )

* Proven ability and experience managing and supporting closing deals in enterprise.

* Track record of aggressive Month over Month new business sales growth and accelerating team performance

* Track record of successfully building and sustaining relationships with clients in B2B sales.

*Languages : Arabic ( expert ) / English ( intermediate)
