الوصف الوظيفي Job Responsibility: We are seeking a knowledgeable Application Support Specialist to monitor and maintain the efficiency of our software applications. In this role, your duties will include reporting to your team leader, collaborating with colleagues to fix technical issues. You will also be required to provide support to our clients on their technical issues throw BO team (Level 1), who provide them with the needed reports. Deploying the new versions of applications for enhancement or fixing bugs. List of Responsibilities: 1. Correcting errors if any and modifying the production of the existing environment on application & IIS level. 2. Undergo a detailed study of the existing system to and recommend installation, up-gradation, or enhancement. 3. Interact with customers or clients throw (Level 1) about the application status and solve their technical issues if any or transfer them to the Dev team if needed. 4. Ensuring effective front-end and back-end functionality of applications. 5. Consulting with the software development team, internal users, and clients to improve application performance. 6. Establishing the root causes of application errors and escalating serious concerns to the Dev team if needed. 7. Keeping a record of configuration changes and scheduling application updates. 8. Prepare and maintain reports for each and every application handled. 9. Preparing and Installing servers for new applications. 10. Confer with the project managers regarding any issues in data processing Monitoring equipment functioning to ensure system operation according to the specifications. المهارات 1. A Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or similar. 2. Demonstrable experience as an Application Support Engineer in a related field. 3. Advanced proficiency in determining the causes of application errors and repairing them. 4. Solid knowledge of: • IIS • Web Application Deployment • SQL Server (Complex Querying). • API and WCF. • Network (LB, Ports) Troubleshooting. • .Net Framework & .Net Core. • SSL Certificates. • OS (Windows & Linux). 5. Exceptional communication skills. 6. Advanced knowledge of front-end and back-end programming languages, such as C sharp, PHP, Ruby, JAVA, JavaScript, and HTML (preferred).
