Job Summary
The role holds ultimate responsibility to achieve volume targets across assigned customer / sub channel, implementation of trade marketing activities, finalizing customers BDA, compliance of BDA terms, improves brand presence and merchandising function across all outlets and supervise and lead the distributor branch team to achieve company objectives.
Role Key Responsibility:
Achieve company sales targets across assigned customer / sub channel while supervising and leading the distributor team.
Managing budget spend to be in line with channel profitability as per company guidelines.
Leading the development of the accounts under his territory.
Build a good relationship with customer through frequent. business review and leading negotiation of mega activity and BDA.
Executing customer / sub channel activity calendar.
Continuously looking for business opportunities of all natures: distribution performance, Customer opportunity, or brand activation.
Handling special projects.
Identifying area of development in the respective region / accounts and propose action plan.

Must Have:
Minimum 5 years’ Experience in handling Key accounts channel in central and east region
Strategic thinking, Innovation and Managing Change, Commitment, Team leadership, Cooperation, Communication Management, Negotiation & Persuasive skills, Financial understanding & value impact, Communication skills, Analytical skills, Presentation Skills, Category management.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related fields.
Excellent Knowledge in FMCG sales operations & KSA Market.
Experience in FMCG companies with similar size & nature
A minimum of 8 years’ full-time experience in the same field.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in KSA market in the similar role in KSA.
Have experience of working with Othaim, Carrefour, Tamimi and Lulu.
Welling to travel within KSA frequently.
