Developing and managing the strategic relationship with key suppliers/brands/partners in marketplace business
Develop Business Plan based on the market analysis and gaps.
Responsible for healthy P & L of the category and monetization opportunities
Responsible for end to end Selection & brand growth for the category
Own and deliver monthly business plans for the category along with, margins and in-stock metrics
Ensure best in class customer experience, inspiring content, and excellent knowledge of consumer journeys for your category
Analyzing market trends and plan category growth accordingly
Leading a team of Account Managers and ensure that they are guided to achieve their KPI’s
Working with cross-functional teams to plan the growth of category supply, improving supply depth, and preventing supplier risk
Ensure Category growth through expanding Assortment, price leadership, Key partnerships, and Category Monetization
Understand and resolve seller issues by working with internal and external teams
المهارات
2-5 years of sales experience, preferably within a high growth company
Relevant trading/distribution experience in mobiles with a distributor, brand, or retailer managing a portfolio with a turnover of SAR 10 Million monthly
Self-starter. Capable of driving towards targets every month
Fluency in English and Arabic languages.
