Design and implement a variety of developmental initiatives, action plans, programs
Design departmental organizational chart
Review final and approved Org. Chart
Conduct Job Evaluation and Benchmark using eIPE Methodology for all existing and new positions
Participate in developing HR strategic plans to achieve organizational goals
Map jobs in the new grading structure & analyse current total compensation data
Develop best practices to improve organizational performance and effectiveness
Administer employee’s utilization by increasing cross-functionality and interdepartmental cooperation
Participate in designing JDs for all levels
Develop effective solutions to meet business challenges and mitigate business risks
Define current business processes and recommend improvements.
Coordinate with employees to support their professional and personal development goals
Develop change management programs to support the implementation of new initiatives
Build positive and achievement oriented work environment for employees
Ensure that employees maintain high level of professionalism and competency in their assigned work duties
Identify performance gaps and determine training needs
المهارات
A minimum of 0-4 years of relevant experience
Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field
