The Senior Account Manager is responsible for identifying, qualifying and driving opportunities to a successful close. You will be working to find new name business opportunities in line with the regional go-to-market strategy within the industrial manufacturing vertical market. You will be a key member of our sales team focusing on building and sustaining healthy pipeline, mature and close the opportunities, provide accurate forecasts and follow the sales cadence rules. You will be leading Infor s business engagement in Industrial Manufacturing in KSA.
You must be capable of developing executive level relationships and driving sales through opportunity planning, executive involvement and value selling.
Your Responsibilities Include
• Act as primary contact for assigned industry and support the generation of revenue.
• Identify and qualify new customers and new opportunities on an ongoing basis.
• Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders across the business to develop strong partnerships.
• Understand market trends and rapidly align Infor s opportunities in the market, to substantially grow the future of our product and service suite.
• Lead a strategic sales approach that includes account planning, to meet revenue goals while increasing customer.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key prospect decision-makers to develop new relationships with potential clients.
• Lead commercial negotiations to ensure that contracts are financially sound, aligned with company objectives.
• Meet or exceed the sales objectives, follow the implemented sales cadence, provide accurate forecast and maintain CRM hygiene.
• Provide a regular report to your Manager on the status of your opportunities, raise flags for potential risks update the information on CRM
Knowledge and Skills, You Bring to the Organization
• Solid understanding of the Software Industry and SaaS with at least 5 years of recent full new business field sales experience in similar organisations in KSA.
• Specific experience closing high-value, complex sales working to a wide range of customers
• Experience of selling into industrial manufacturing clients or similar verticals would be advantageous.
• Well-developed organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to collaborate across time-zones to translate customer needs and requirements into sales opportunities
• Outstanding networking and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade others during high stress, complex negotiations
• Written and verbal fluency in English and preferably Arabic with excellent presentation skills.
• Ability and willingness domestic and internationally to meet business needs
• University degree from an international recognised Institute
