Job Overview

The role requires the successful candidate to be involved in the promotion and sales of a very well-known vendor in the area of storage hardware and associated management software technologies to customers in KSA.

Duties and Responsibilities

Works closely with the sales team on proposals and pitches for business.
Works closely with customers to understand and capture requirements.
Works closely and collaboratively with customers to devise effective solutions.
Supporting partners and internal sales team with technical configurations, configuring in the specific storage hardware and associated management software tools.
Preparation of weekly price list.
Works closely with Solution Business Unit Head to ensure an optimal stock and a constant stock management activity.
In coordination with sales, replying to customers following requests for information and proposal requests.
Preparation of presentations about the products with all their values and advantages.
Coordination and organization of demand generating activities like tradeshows, events or customer workshops.
Ensures that customers are aware, informed and trained on the specific Vendor technologies and products.
Ensures understanding of the specific Vendor operations and ability to support the operational side of the business.
Keeps up with the specific Vendor technological trends and presales certifications to ensure a high level of technological awareness and understanding.
Collaborating with partner and NetApp sales and technical resources to understand a customer’s requirements
Create systems configurations based on customer requirements, offer solution recommendations to include services.
Work with our partner and NetApp to resolve design configuration issues and run revisions.
Train sales reps and partner engineers on configuration tools and how to use them, as well as provides pre-sales product training.
Educate partners, inside sales, and other technicians on products and solutions.
المهارات
University Graduate in IT, Engineering or related field
Master’s degree in IT, Engineering or other related field will be considered an advantage.
Minimum 2 years of experience preferably with storage products and associated Vendors.
Strong understanding around the Digital sales experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Teamwork skills. Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
Aptitude in problem-solving and general analytical skills
Excellent knowledge of the Professional English and Arabic languages both verbally and in writing
