Taking care of the flowers & plants& the work area
Determine the type of the gift wrapping desired for the needed occasion
Recommend plants or flowers and greenery for each arrangement in accordance with the customer’s budget
Design floral displays that evoke a particular sentiment or style
Answer telephones, take orders, and take care of the custmers

3- Florists need good interpersonal skills. By communicating clearly and diplomatically, Florists achieve customer satisfaction while dealing with limitations such as budget and flower availability

4- Paying attention to detail so that flower arrangements look their best and meet customer expectations

5- Thinking outside of the box to create unique floral arrangements in line with the occasion and setting
