الوصف الوظيفي • Assist in ensure proper implementation of SCISP’s procurement management system through ensuring all relevant information is logged accurately into the system, in addition to any hard copy documentation filing required by SCISP. • Cooperates develop procurement-related reports detailing procurement spend information, including amount spent on different types of goods and services purchased, spend by vendor, spend by month, etc. • Documents and maintain a list of preferred suppliers for all required goods and services SCISP requires. Monitor, review and evaluate the list on a periodical basis. • Maintains strong working relationships with preferred vendors to ensure continued quality service for SCISP and favorable contractual terms. • Assist in evaluate and select of proposals from vendors. • Initiates negotiating pricing, payment terms and conditions to ensure the efficient processing of purchase orders and procurement of services. This will enable timely delivery and aim to achieve favorable terms for SCISP. Academic & Professional Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, e.g. Business Administration/Management and/or related fields (Economics, Logistics, Foreign Trade) preferably with specialization in Supply Chain Management. • A minimum of 2 years of extensive experience in procurement preferably in: Diverse/multi-cultural business industry (obtained from medium to large organization) Strategic development, global business development or similar type role.
