Working knowledge and experience supporting Netcool Omnibus, Impact and WebGUI
3 or more years of solid experience working in System Management Solutions
3 years plus in a successful development environment regularly releasing well-tested solutions with complex integrations to meet application and service objectives.
Working knowledge on integration of Netcool with Ticketing tools like Service Now.
1-3 years’ experience required with scripting & UI languages such as PowerShell, PERL, PYTHON, etc.
Scripting proficiency in both Windows and UNIX environments
Competent with Linux, Unix and Windows operating systems commands, performance and debugging, and an understanding of web services.
A strong foundation in the fundamentals of computer science, complex application architectures and complex systems.
Experience working in large, complex, enterprise datacenter environments
Hands-on experience with IBM Predictive Insite, Agile service manager
Hands-on experience with NOI features like IBM Event Analytics
Strong knowledge of OS fundamentals for UNIX, Linux and/or Microsoft platforms
Knowledge of virtualization technologies and products from VMware, Citrix or Microsoft
Hands-on experience with Service Now.
Excellent oral and written skills with the ability to interact with management, technical subject matter experts, and business customers are essential in this role.
Comfortable with ambiguity as needs change on a regular basis.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams on key infrastructure projects
Hands-on technical and engineering expertise allied with business acumen
Ability of planning, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to rapidly self-learn new technologies and paradigms
Tooling and ITIL related certifications are preferred

المهارات
Good skill of: 

Knowledge of IBM Service Management (ISM) v7 technology: Maximo/SCCD/ICD (service catalogue area)
Experience in relational database DB2/Oracle and SQL
Knowledge in UNIX/LINUX administration/usage
Knowledge in area of WebSphere or BeaWeblogic middleware
Willingness to up skill in area of ISM tool with special focus on SRM area
Knowledge of ITIL processes with focus on Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, CI management
Troubleshooting skills (web applications and technologies)
Python/Java programming/scripting skills
Fluent English
Expert SME knowledge and project management services along with Architecture design and implementation services for your SCCD implementation
