Key Responsibilities
Participates in the successful implementation of the Company’s strategy, through the realization of the real-estate development projects.
Establishes frameworks and standards for Project Management within the Company
Monitors projects reporting and assists the CEO in reporting to Member of board.
Reviews financial reporting whilst ensuring that the projects adhere to the corporate financial processes
Provides a quality assurance role in line with defined projects processes.
Builds cohesion within the Projects department team and motivates them to produce quality work.
Defines and embeds project control and governance
Provides Project planning, Milestone management, Scope management, Resource forecasting; Financial Management; Change Management across the projects portfolio.
Ensures efficient change control methods and process are utilized
Supports the procurement department in the bidding preparation and review.

Qualifications & Experience
Education
· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Experience
· 15+ years’ experience
Experience in Mega land infrastructure.
Professional Certification / Training
· PMP

creating and maintaining project plans, including risks, actions, issues, dependencies.
manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
managing to deliverables and milestones
