Project Planning Engineer

الوصف الوظيفي
*Monitor project planning, scope of work, costs, schedules, material procurement, construction progress and pre-commissioning activities including progress monitoring and reporting. Prepare and review IT B documentation for SabTank MEG and In-House Projects including E±Projects

*Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, ISD and Business Development Department, Port Authorities and Royal Commission etc, for technical and other issues without schedule, cost and scope.

*Review Project Engineering Design submitting at 30%, 60%, 90% and 100% stage to accomplish Engineering design tasks based on Project ITB and SabTank Support Service Agreement.

*Resolves project related technical problems and coordinate with the Vendors, Manufacturer, Operation Department, Maintenance Department and Users for the resolution of such problems.

*Coordinate safety, health and environmental reviews related to work method statements/ Job Safety Analysis, and ensures that such reviews are also conducted on his own projects to insure safe and environmentally consistent design, cost effective, and compliance with all applicable regulations, codes and standards.

*Prepare MOC Packages for Tie-Ins and follow-up contractor’s field construction work to ensure conformity with project requirements and specifications.

*Reviews available as-built underground facilities drawings in excavation area and conveys his observations/comments on the safe work permit or by letter to requesting department.

*Responsible for ensuring that the contractors/ vendors working at site perform their work in full compliance to SabTank’s Safety, Health and Environmental Management System requirements including clearance of PSSR Punch Items.

*Attend project HAZOP, Risk assessments, PSSR and technical*meetings.

*Perform tasks assigned by Project Manager and Line Supervisor.

*Education Bachelor Degree-Engineering (B.E.)*Work Experience 6-7 years*English Language Level Fluent*Maximum AgeN/A*Computer Skill levelExcellent*Thorough knowledge of the safety, health and environmental aspects associated with project engineering discipline and MOC, PSSR and SHEM Procedures .*Thorough knowledge in Computer use and project management methodologies including Project Management Software, Fluent in English (Speak, Read and Write).

*Sound technical knowledge, good engineering skills, project management capability, and systematic approach to resolve problems of different phases of projects such as initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control and project closeout.
