YOUR PROFILE:
• A background in private equity or strategy consulting
• Experience of leading change in acquired businesses
• Relevant sector expertise in consumer and retail, entertainment and leisure, healthcare, TMT, transportation and logistics, and financial services
• Special expertise in driving change in areas of sales & marketing, cost reduction and pricing is essential
• Excellent interpersonal skills and credibility to coach and influence a CEO
• Passionate about the practical business and economic impact, interested in being hands-on in building out the portfolio companies
• Credible with portfolio companies C-suite, takes accountability for results and influence with sound judgement, credibility and high humility
