Short Description (Role Purpose)
The After Sales Manager is responsible for managing and developing the overall After Sales department within the Region.
responsible for the strategic management of the After Sales area, as well as developing and implementing targets, policies, procedures and common standards, whilst promoting and maintaining the image of company and brands.

-Manage personnel requirements within the After Sales department,
Department KPIs
-Responsible for developing and managing the overall After Sales financial and operational targets.
-Ensure that relevant financial and statistical reports are compiled, analyzed and presented to senior management, determining what further actions are required for the business.
-Ensure all department relevant KPI s are accurately measured, monitored, and analyzed.
Develop the After Sales Business
-Implement the new products initiated by national Distributor that can contribute to efficient business solutions for our customers.
-Market the After Sales Services externally to existing and potential new customers, but also internally to the Business Units.
-Develop and implement improvement strategies to maximize market penetration and profitability of the After Sales areas.
Market Intelligence
-Continuously monitor and analyze market trends and activity or competition, recommending suitable actions to the management team.
Ensure safety in work area.
-Ensure all department staff members comply with Health and Safety regulations and safe working practices.
Education & Certifications
Bachelor s degree in relevant discipline
Required Years of Experience
3 to 5- years managerial experience in aftersales preferably in the heavy vehicle or a related industry and multi brands.
