Summary
Provides professional support and coordination to the department in managing and enhancing the Performance Management practice and system. Administers the Employee Performance Management (EPM) duties to be in line with the department s functions and objectives.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties
1. Supports in managing the employee performance management process, to include but not limited to the performance and development planning, interim review and the annual performance assessment.
2. Assists in identifying data needs, sources, collection tools, performance targets and benchmarks,alignment, and assessment methodologies.
3. Maintains the enrolment/training to managers, supervisors and employees on performance management system and how to conduct the various phases, and how to identify and address inadequate performance.
4. Develops and updates reference manual documents for Hospital employees regarding the existing performance management practice and system, and participate in updating relevant policies and procedures.
5. Provides technical input in the design and implementation of a comprehensive Performance Management practice and system to track and monitor progress based on the performance framework, and the integration with all HC and Talent Management functions.
6. Participates in the review for the SMART Objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in the Hospital s jobs to measure employees performance efficiently.
7. Conducts research to provide the department with the latest trends along with the best practices in performance management, KPIs and competencies.
8. Assists in coordinating with different Hospital departments to determine the accuracy and proficiency level across (Objectives and Competency) and the criteria to facilitate the measurement of actual performance.
Education
Master s or Bachelor s Degree in Human Resource Management or other related discipline is required.
Experience Required
Five (5) years of related experience with Master s, or seven (7) years with Bachelor s Degree is required.
Other Requirements(Certificates)
• Professional Certificate is preferred (e.g. CIPD, SHRM etc) ?
