Summary
Leads and demonstrates the successful achievement of Care Coordination Section strategic goals. Assesses, plans, directs, implements, and evaluates patient care to comply with established standards.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties
Leadsand demonstrates achievement in decreasing the length of stay/waiting time.
Leads collaborative multidisciplinary partnerships working towards the achievement of the section and department goals.
Leads and demonstrates achievement of clinical quality outcome indicators and patientsatisfaction as per Care Coordination Section s goals.
Promotes resource utilization awareness and the associated financial implication. Leads and demonstrates achievement of cost efficiency on the section as per targets.
Prepares annual budget and provides variance reports as required. Forecasts requirementsfor personnel, supplies, and equipment.
Prepares quarterly reports and maintains records of activities and outcomes.
Education
Master’sor Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or other Clinical discipline is required.
Experience Required
Four(4) years of Nursing/Clinical experience including two (2) years at a supervisory/ senior position with Master’s or six (6) years of similar requirements with Bachelor’s Degree is required.
Other Requirements(Certificates)
Saudi Commission for Health Specialties Licensure is required.
