Summary
Responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, executive, control and completion of project, while remaining aligned with the Hospital s goals and objectives. Evaluates, designs, and develops Transformation initiatives and the Hospital s operational planning process.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties
• Plans and implements Transformation Program initiatives as well as defining project scope, goals and deliverables.
• Develops a detailed master plan for Transformation Program initiatives as required. Monitors and reports on projects progress.
• Assesses the Hospital s organizational entities operational deficiencies and develops mitigation plans to foster recognized business practices that enable effective and efficient management performance.
• Assesses the financial performance of organizational entities by thoroughly analysing all relevant data to determine areas for improvement. Identifies and defines operational challenges and recommends solutions.
• Tracks project risks, opportunities and issues, in order to develop resolutions to meet quality and timeline goals and objectives.
• Analyses market changes, assesses long-term resources uncertainly and risks, and makes recommendations to management on how to best position the Hospital for success.
• Analyses requirements to derive Transformation Program and potential improvement.
• Evaluates organizational entities initiatives using business plan updates financial statements, budgets, etc. and provides feedback to the Senior Project Manager or Chief Transformation Officer.
• Researches and gathers data. Liaises with other department s personnel to coordinate activities, analyses data and develops required information.
• Contributes to the development, conducts and prepares information on plan implementation progress of Transformation Program initiatives as input to the next planning cycle.
• Develops agreed plan of actions in cases where issues are still under process and need further follow-up with other departments. Ensures all the completed actions are been reported and agreed with the relevant departments.
• Conducts project activities and process in the most professional manner and recommends modifications and improvement of Transformation Program initiatives.
Education
Master s or Bachelor s Degree in Economics, Healthcare/Business Administration or other related discipline is required.
Experience Required
Grade 09
One (1) year with Master s or three (3) years with Bachelor s Degree of related experience in Project Management is required.
Grade 10
Three (3) years of related experience with Master s, or five (5) with Bachelor s Degree of professional experience in Project Management, planning processes, data collection, analysis, development of planning data, or related experience is required.
Other Requirements(Certificates)
Computer literate with knowledge in Statistics and data analysis is required.
Project Management Professional (PMP) is required.
