Architect Engineer

الوصف الوظيفي
Responsibilities:

Control the project from start to finish to ensure high quality and innovative design
• Take the summary to determine customer needs and collect feasibility reports and design proposals

• Develop ideas taking into account the needs of the client

• Prepare detailed plans and make any necessary corrections

• Maintaining budgets and schedules

• Conducting field visits projects and submitting reports

• Follow up on architectural trends and developments

• Collaboration and communication with construction professionals

• Ensuring that works are carried out based on building rules and approved guidelines

Requirements:

Language: English with Fluent level preferred
Bachelor degree in College Architecture with GPA preferred
6 years experience as Interior Design preferred

Competencies:

• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, 3D Max - Rev it

• Excellent knowledge in preparing tables of quantities and tender documents

• Visual awareness and knowledge of detail

• Strong imagination and the ability to think and be creative in three dimensions

• Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up, and Studio Max

• Project Management
