الوصف الوظيفي We are looking for a high-performing Sales and Marketing Manager to help us meet our clients’ acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for researching and developing marketing opportunities and planning and implementing new sales plans. Key Responsibilities Promoting the company’s existing brand and introducing new products to the market. Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding client’s requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company’s marketing goals. Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense control. Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets Implementing new sales plans and advertising. Developing, maintaining, and improving relationships with key accounts to maintain a high level of service and client loyalty. Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team. Keeping up-to-date on current market changes and trends to be able to come up with new and original sales strategies. المهارات Minimum of 8 years of direct work experience including some level of management and/or supervisory experience Minimum of 3 years of Technical sales experience in the maintenance and operating industry or related to it with a successful track record Broad and in-depth business background with a reasonable working knowledge of the technical aspects of maintenance and operating Experience in all aspects of sales, including growth strategies, distribution channel management, account development, and business planning. Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques. Solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills. Excellent teamwork and team building skills.
