Smart Cities Enterprise Architect (Platforms and Infrastructure)

Location: Onsite, Riyadh KSA.

Language: Arabic Preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

Architect and design smart cities platforms (e.g. IOT, 5G, Command and Control Center, Advanced Analytics, etc.)
Engage in technical discussions with internal and external smart city stakeholders to ensure proper alignment and clear roles and responsibilities over the smart city platforms implementation lifecycle
Develop Request for Proposals (RFPs) with detailed technical scope of work, expected deliverables, and timelines for the implementation of smart city platforms
Conduct technical workshops with potential technology vendors and system integrators for the implementation of smart city platforms
Evaluate proposals and recommend winning bidder
Conduct technical assessment of smart city solutions based on proven, hands-on experience
Work hand-in-hand with the winning bidders for the implementation of smart city platforms, providing technical insights, technical quality assurance, and recommendations to the client for successful implementation

المهارات
Experiences and Requirements

Strong experience in defining solution architecture and Identifying system, infrastructure and project interdependencies for smart cities
Hands-on technical knowledge and experience implementing and overseeing large scale and complex smart city platforms
Understanding of Enterprise business drivers and technology for smart cities initiatives and ability to provide input to the strategic direction of technology investments to maximize the return on technology investment
Experience in conducting feasibility studies for smart city solutions
Strong ability to identify risks and complexities related to smart city solutions implementations
Solid experience defining integration solutions using various integration platforms capabilities
Preferably, experience of working with 3rd Party suppliers of smart city solutions
Minimum 5+ years experience in smart city solutions implementation, design and architecture with various use cases (e.g. Smart Parking, Smart Waste Management.)
Arabic speaking is preferred
