Kitchen Staff

We are a new coffee shop looking for kitchen staff (kitchen manager, cooks & commis, also someone with some cake baking experience) to join our new restaurant in Riyadh. 

Responsibilities include:

- Preparation for food items like cutting and chopping vegetables, mixing sauces, portioning, etc.

- Cooking hot and cold food items adhering to our recipes and standards.

- Complying with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.

- Maintaining kitchen equipment and cooking surfaces

- Assisting in daily and monthly inventory taking, etc.

Proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred.
