Description
Lead the Talent Acquisition strategy and build a team of effective RecruitersUtilise headhunting expertise and be able to tap into local networksManage social media and digital recruitment platforms using innovative attraction strategiesWork with a variety of key stakeholders and line managers across a number of disciplinesAttract top talent and be passionate and knowledgeable about the organisation

Profile
Over 5 years recruitment experience ideally within Retail, FMCG or HospitalityBe able to work autonomously and in ambiguous situationsDemonstrate strong end to end recruitment capabilitiesExperience leading and building a teamKnowledge of Saudisation protocol and government relations

Job Offer

Salary SAR 25,000 - SAR 30,000
