Project planning and efficient time management.
Resource allocation.
Staff Management.
Budget Management.
Monitors material quality and project finishing.
Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
Prepare and complete action plans of interior design projects.
Implement production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards.
Complete audits concerning material and quantity.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Identify trends in the market concerning the interior design.
Updating the supplier lists.
Always up to date into what’s new in the market.
Provides project scheduling, progress billing and bill of quantities.
Excellent speaker and can write both in Arabic and English is an advantage.
المهارات
Degree in Architecture.
Licensed Architect.
With a total of at least 10 years minimum experience and advantage to be in the field of interior design.
