We are looking for an account manager to trusting relationships with our customers.
support delivery of client-facing research projects focusing on FinTech topics such as payments, artificial intelligence. develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities. Account management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers OR building strong relations ships with strategic customer, improve the entire customer experience. A successful account manager should collaborate with our sales team to achieve quotas while keeping our clients satisfied and growing our business to achieve long-term success.
المهارات
· Bachelor’s degree or above in business administration, sales, or relevant field.
5+ years’ experience in the enterprise software industry or banking, payment technology and financial services industry.
Proven work experience as an account manager, sales account manager, junior account manager, or relevant role.
Expertise leading relationship management with large clients
Expert level knowledge of B2B sales and services marketing concepts
· Experience in selling software products /Systems integration.
· Experience in banking, Payment technology and financial services industry
· Passionate about moving the payments method forward
