الوصف الوظيفي
• Export/Import the gold/non- gold orders from suppliers to factory on time in lowest cost.

• Checking the gold/ non-gold shipping documents with the suppliers before releasing it.

• Contacting clearance agent once the shipment reach KSA and follow up till the shipment is cleared

• Handling all internal gold/non-gold shipping to our shops on time & in the right place.

• Preparing import Permit via online application through MOI website or Saber for items need it.

• Provide daily report for shipments status.

• Proven experience as a logistics /dispatch Specialist or similar role.

• Strong in supply chain processes.

• Experience in data analysis and reporting.

• Analytical skills.

• Familiar with warehousing process & controlling.

• Problem-solving aptitude.

• Time management.

• Precise at work.

• Superior written and verbal communication skills.

• Interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented, problem solver, creative, ability to work independently and as team.
