Essential Responsibilities and Duties
1. Manages and maintains functional and administrative supervision over the department’s day-to-day activities.
2. Identifies opportunities to drive efficiency within operations through automation, process improvements, policy and process changes.
3. Works closely with business divisions on KFSH&RC;Strategic priorities by providing Clinical and Operational analytics capabilities.
4. Submits the data analysis report to the Operational Efficiency Planning Department within the Division. Collaborates with the concerned department regarding related reports/projects.
5. Retrieves and reviews data as related to the selected areas of focus so as to facilitate the identification of any benchmarks, gaps and action plans.
6. Develops data analytics tools to capture, monitor and report trends and outcomes with regards to the areas under focus.
7. Participates in data issues identification/ root cause analysis.
8. Manages financial budgets, project budgets and growth projections that department can use to keep operations on track.
9. Oversees the generated strategic and other initiatives to improve working performance and operation
10. Participates in the preparation and submission of progress reports to the Director, Operational Efficiency Management.
11. Provides recommendation in the selection, recruitment and orientation of staff. Evaluates staff performance and counsels for enhanced performance.
12. Follows all Hospital policies and procedures.
13. Participates in self and others education, training and development as applicable.
14. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Education
PhD, Master’s or Bachelor s Degree in Business/Healthcare Administration or other related field is required.
Experience Required
Six (6) years with PhD, nine (9) years with Master’s, or eleven (11) years with Bachelor s Degree; of related experience including four (4) years at a managerial position is required.
Other Requirements(Certificates)
*Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred.
