Maintenance Planning Specialist

Reports to Civil and Maintenance Contract Compliance Lead
Position Summary :
Maintenance Planner is responsible to improve productivity and quality of maintenance team by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning and scheduling processes. As well as identify and improve IBM Maximo system to address and resolve SAP Integration issues.
Scope of Work :
Ensure eight-first-time job performance so that equipment reliability is maximized, while seeking maximum tool time from maintenance team.
Reviewing and improving maintenance planning and coordination of all planned maintenance activities.
Performance monitoring and quality assurance, ensuring the required planned maintenance activities are carried out along with percentage of audits and inspections.
Follow up on backlog, trend analysis, spare parts management, material substitution, tools and equipment, monthly analysis report.
Identify and improve IBM Maximo system including review of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and implement improvements.
Identify and resolve issues related to SAP Integration with IBM.
Generate reports to the management including KPIs, Root Causes Analyses RCA, etc.
Periodic review of Preventive Maintenance PM Plans and review of task lists in coordination with service lines.
Review estimating of material, Labor, tools and equipment for job requirements.
Develop and review Predictive Maintenance (PdM) Job Plans.
Monitor backlog and expedite closure of tickets on time.
Monitor Spare parts store and keep track of stock reservations for planned work and estimate consumption.
Monitor work order creation and ensuring all assets with PM and PdM are carried out without fail.
Develop Planner reference systems including a file of Planned Job Packages for recurring jobs, plus labor and material libraries for each piece of equipment.
Keep the Maintenance Reliability Engineer informed of abnormal or critical situations and seeks advice on matters outside the Planner’s knowledge or authority.
Identify recommendations and or areas for improvements.
Be Responsible for the Bills of Material (Spare Parts list s) for assets.
Review all work order feedback and updates PMs and Standard Work Orders accordingly.
Perform other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of the employee’s knowledge, skills and abilities in the field of his/her position.

Advance knowledge in the system integration of SAP, Maximo and/or other systems

Requirements :
Bachelor Degree in Engineering
4-6 years’ experience in maintenance management systems, especially in implementing Maximo.
Additional Requirement Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP)
