variety of human resource development projects and provide fruitful human
capital development advice to Tharwah Clients.
The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge
of human resources assessment and development. They will have experience in
talent assessment, training design and delivery and human capital consulting.
They will be strategic thinkers and problem-solvers with excellent
communication skills.
Responsibilities:
• Initiate and lead Talent assessment and development
projects.
• Conduct research on various methods (data collection,
surveys etc.) to identify a problematic situation or find the cause and provide
advice and recommendations to clients when dealing with their talent challenges
• Formulate strategic and practical plans to address
talent management issues
• Devise plans and techniques to drive change and
culture management
• Design talent assessment interventions and deliver
engagements with minimal supervision
• Develop talent development journeys and implement
with a wider team
• Design coaching engagements and ensure delivery
according to plans
• Design learning content using instructional design
principles and deliver to clients
• Develop new ideas and solutions for clients to expand

Requirements
• Proven experience as Talent Management
Consultant
• Experience in project management preferably HR
related
• In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions,
methods and best practices
• Solid understanding of research methods and analysis
• Ability to strategize and formulate business plans
• An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities
• A team player with excellent communication and
consulting skills
• BSc/BA in human resources, business administration or
relevant field; MSc/MA in human resources will be a plus
• ICF Certified is preferred
• SHRM-SCP certified is preferred
• ATD Certified is preferred
• Talent Assessment certification from SHL or BPS
• Psychometric Assessment certification is preferred
