الوصف الوظيفي ✓ Lead the development of consumers’ centric categories strategies through exploring and anticipating future trends, a proper understanding of shoppers’ insights and market data in line with the corporate objectives. ✓ Performs category planning and stakeholder management to identify current and upcoming Sourcing needs and compares to specific market conditions. ✓ Develop and lead categories’ tactics that include but are not limited to assortment, pricing, space management,..etc. ✓ Financial management for relevant categories that include but are not limited to annual sales forecasting, gross margin,..etc. ✓ Maintain the shelf availability and replenishment against the given inventory through the collaboration with the Supply Chain and concerned team in order to maintain the inventory level and report the gaps ✓ Lead the legacy (dead inventory) management through managing assortment rationalization programs that include but are not limited to products’ delisting, slow-moving clearance,..etc. ✓ Develop effective promotions that drive sales and profitability, working closely with the marketing team across all campaigns ✓ Create business plans for new opportunities and develop and execute project plans for the launch of new products, incorporating merchandising and pricing strategies المهارات Bachelor’s degree in commercial, Marketing, Business, or Management Highly polished leadership and communication skills - speaking, writing, presenting and Retail experience is a plus تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/brand-manager-4455557/ |
