Track learning and development budgets and present reports on a regular basis to the management
Ensure identification and analysis of training needs in coordination with other functional and category managers and provide inputs to the corporate learning & development team
Measure the ROI of training in the concept to show tangible benefits
Research on training practices and processes being used by competitors
