Based from our Riyadh office, as Architect of Record you will be performing in a Stakeholder capacity. Your job will be to support stakeholder activity covering both the private and public sector, to help forge working partnerships in the delivery of the projects strategic goals.
You will be required to oversee the submission and approval process for construction/design documents needed to obtain building permits. You will be coordinating internal and external stakeholder meetings, supporting the review of outgoing submissions and helping to monitor and track NOC approvals.
You will take a methodical approach to your work, following up on actions to close pending issues, and assist with summary reports on progress, highlighting planned activities and actions completed
