• Needed for a company in KSA. Project Manager / Construction Manager with Industrial Construction Background from Oil & Gas, Petro chemicals, Cement Industry, Pharmaceutical, etc.. The candidate must meet the following criteria:
• Any nationality except Lebanese. Jordanian nationality preferred.
• 15+ Years of experience.
• Industrial Construction experience (Factories, Oil & Gas, Petro chemicals, Cement Industry, Pharmaceutical, etc)
• Big Project Experience.
• Identify the relationships between the parties involved in the implementation of the project.
• Direct involvement in the implementation of project activities.
• Supervise the preparation of project plans.
• Maintain the rights of the company represented by the contract and supervise the management of the contract.
• Ensure compliance with specifications in materials, equipment and works.
• Ensure that the subcontractors are at the required level and follow up the implementation of their work.
