• Develop the business of the company.
• Managing a team ensuring that they manage all opportunities effectively and strategically guiding them in line with company requirements and sales targets.
• He will be expected to be able to analyze and prepare operational reports for submission to the line manager.
• Works closely with other departments to ensure company targets are appropriately set and achieved.
• Must be constantly seeking new opportunities and developing the team to respond to the demands of their environment and business competitors.
• He will be expected to service the needs of existing customers ensuring all aspects of their needs is being met and develop any opportunities arising.
• Motivate the team, track performance, and report metrics.
• Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers and meet regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy.
• Manage proposal response process, including detailed RFP requirements, content creation, and inputs from various sources.
• Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals inline with strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch logistics.
• Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company.
• Support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis; negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals.

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration .
• Previous business experience within the logistic and delivery services
• Excellent transaction negotiation and closing skills.
• Have sound commercial insight and experience and be able to demonstrate strong analytical and interpersonal skills when dealing with clients.
• Team leadership and management skills.
• Be familiar with industry standard software as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
