Your responsibilities
• Developing None ERP Applications using .Net framework and other programming platform used in ABB.
• Maintenance and support of existing None ERP local applications.
• Collaborate with ABB Group for support and implementations of Global tools to SA ABB.
• Preparation of technical documents and materials used as reference for maintenance of developed applications.
• Adhere to IS policies, procedures, and protocols for providing support to the business. Strict adherence to ABB policies and procedures.
• Assist IT colleagues for resolving, and closing escalated issues experienced by the business.
• Research and identify areas for modification and improvement to enhance users experience.
• Proactive applications development initiatives to serve a better digital user workplace experience.
• Look after applications lifecycle.
• Adjust the project work as per end user(s) requirement and budget.
• Manage Software Projects.
Your background
• Ideally you’ll hold a Bachelor of Sciences in IT/IS sciences or engineering (.NET certifications is a big plus.)
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years in a similar role.
• In depth knowledge in .Net application development.
• Experienced and strong knowledge of system design, development and implementation.
• Experienced and strong knowledge in database management system principles.
• Knowledge in Project Management principles (is a plus)
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audience.
• Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office products.
• Knowledge in basic computer and network troubleshooting.
• -.NET certifications is a big plus.
