QUALIFICATIONS
• Associate Degree/ Diploma in pastry preparation and baking, or High School Education required
• With Associate Degree/ Diploma - At least 3 years of cooking experience
• High School Graduates - At least 5 years of related experience in the pastry section of an Institutional Food Service Operation, Hotel, Restaurant, or Bakery required
