Responsibilities:
1.Oversee the development and delivery of strategy projects to support the timely implementation of priority reform initiatives.
2.Provide direction to ensure the development and implementation of initiatives in line with priorities to meet objectives and policy directions
3.Plan, monitor, evaluate, and supervise high-priority strategic initiatives, lead internal collaboration with senior members of the Ministry, as well as lead strategic, cross-sector collaboration to advance agency priorities.
4.Ensures initiative planning and execution is in compliance with all environmental, health, and safety regulations, and keeps abreast of any changes to the laws and regulations that impact the initiative .
5.Direct the Ministry s collaboration / partnership efforts for revitalizing the Public Health matters for high priority, cross-agency and/or cross-sector, time-sensitive initiatives as identified by high management.
6.Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address planning and delivery efforts for improving public health.
7.Oversee the initiative s budget development and planning by determining resource allocation and levels of services based on priorities, goals, and outcomes.
8.Ensure adherence to fiscal policies, government rules and regulations for funding requirements.
9.Direct and prepare a wide variety of statistical, fiscal, and operational reports and studies

Qualification:-
Holder of a Bachelor s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in Health & Safety, Environmental Safety, Public policy or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of professional industry experience with a track record for delivering strategic initiatives. An Masters in Business Administration is a distinct advantage.
