Responsibilities:
1.Oversee the development and delivery of strategy projects to support the timely implementation of Ministry priority reform initiatives.
2.Provide direction to ensure the development and implementation of initiatives in line with priorities to meet Ministry objectives and policy directions
3.Plan, monitor, evaluate, and supervise high-priority strategic initiatives, lead internal collaboration with senior members of the Ministry, as well as lead strategic, cross-sector collaboration to advance agency priorities.
4.Ensures initiative planning and execution is in compliance with all environmental, health and safety regulations, and keeps abreast of any changes to the laws and regulations that impact the initiative.
5.Oversee the initiative s budget development and planning by determining resource allocation and levels of services based on priorities, goals, and outcomes.
6.Ensure adherence to fiscal policies, government rules and regulations for funding requirements.
7.Direct and prepare a wide variety of statistical, fiscal, and operational reports and studies
8.Lead the development of digital products, policies, procedures, and processes
9.Ensure alignment of digital products to strategic initiatives
10.Monitor the performance of the digital products against KPIs and objectives on a regular basis and recommend improvements
11.Lead technical product testing and ensure solution stability and robustness and security prior to product launch
12.Monitor the licensing portal and ensuring that all available services are working properly
13.Analyze and review the licensing portal and reports required to enhance the user journey
14.Supervise execution of initiative and requirements for registration operation
15.Ensure that all applicable rules and polices for labor licensing are implemented within the system.
16.Develop customer journeys to influence and generate interest amongst key customer segments
17.Monitor and evaluate technical and operational effectiveness of the city supervision center .
18.Provide strategic advice and recommendations to leadership in the development, implementation, and evaluation of new or modified operating policies, practices, and procedures
19.Manage and/or provides day-to-day leadership to various technical, professional, and/or administrative personnel engaged in different dashboards
20.Deliver regular reports for different dashboard KPIs required for monitoring city performance

Qualification :
Holder of a bachelor s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in IT or Product Development or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of professional industry experience with a track record for delivering strategic initiatives. An MBA is highly desired and professional IT certifications are a distinct advantage such as ITIL / TOGAF and complementary certifications such as SCRUM or PMI.
