Responsibilities;
1.Oversee the development and delivery of strategy projects to support the timely implementation priority reform initiatives.
2.Provide direction to ensure the development and implementation of initiatives in line with priorities to meet objectives and policy directions
3.Plan, monitor, evaluate, and supervise high-priority strategic initiatives, lead internal collaboration with senior members of the Ministry, as well as lead strategic, cross-sector collaboration to advance agency priorities
4.Direct the Ministry s collaboration / partnership efforts for revitalizing the efficiency and customer experience for high priority, cross-agency and/or cross-sector, time-sensitive initiatives as identified by high management.
5.Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address planning and delivery efforts.
6.Oversee the initiative s budget development and planning by determining resource allocation and levels of services based on priorities, goals, and outcomes.
7.Ensure adherence to fiscal policies, government rules and regulations for funding requirements.
8.Direct and prepare a wide variety of statistical, fiscal, and operational reports and studies
9. Provides strategic leadership and technical, operational, financial, and managerial leadership for successful implementation of project activities.
10. providing the effective supervision, and managing performance to ensure efficient operations.
11.Analyze and review progress reports and recommending enhancements
12.Supervise the execution of service line agreement clauses
13.Ensure that the systems and bylaws for establishing companies adopted in KSA are being applied in the initiative

Qualifications:-
Holder of a Bachelor s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Civil Engineering and a Master s degree in Business Administration. Having a project management certificate (PMI / SCRUM) is a distinct advantage. Minimum of 10 years of professional industry experience with a track record for delivering strategic initiatives.
